Warehouse and Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a Warehouse and Operations Coordinator whose responsibilities will include overseeing inventory management, shipping, logistics, and assisting with operational tasks. This position may include travel to client locations across North America, Europe, and Asia. The ideal candidate should have warehouse and logistics experience, and should be a motivated, self-starting professional, capable of managing numerous tasks simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing a complex warehouse inventory using SAGE 300 software, ensuring detailed and correct recording of inventory throughout the year.
- Planning and executing the quarterly inventory cycle count using SAGE 300.
- Forecasting future inventory shortfalls and informing management in advance to ensure inventory is kept up to date.
- Facilitating shipments of electronic table game units and replacement parts for company clients, meeting strict delivery deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
- Preparing shipments, scheduling freight carriers, obtaining the best available shipping rates, and ensuring on-time delivery with freight forwarders.
- Ensuring the collection, preparation, and completion of the proper documentation for shipments (domestic and international, import and export), including customs clearance, taxes, and duties.
- Assisting with tasks relating to the Company’s annual audit to ensure inventory management processes are in compliance with Company policy.
- Ensuring the efficient operations of the Company warehouse, including compliance with applicable health and safety policies.
- Operating an electric forklift to transfer materials within the warehouse.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A minimum of 5 years warehouse experience.
- Previous inventory management and cycle counting experience.
- Previous shipping and logistics experience.
- Up-to-date forklift operator certificate.
- Valid passport, driver's license and willing to travel periodically.
- A police background check may be required since this position may have access to sensitive areas of casino properties.

- Ability to meet the job’s physical requirements for lifting, carrying, pushing and moving light or heavy objects.
- Basic construction skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft office programs and functionality, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Nice to have
- Degree or certificate from a recognized logistics/warehouse program or an applicable university or college.
- Experience in fostering a safe and healthy work environment.
- Project management experience.
- Poker and/or casino gaming knowledge.
